Jon Cloake taught History for 35 years to students aged 11-18. He has 33 years examining experience, 25 years of which have been at a senior level for GCSE and A-level. As a senior examiner he has been involved in curriculum development, as well as setting and assessment of examination papers. He was Head of Humanities and an Assistant Principal in a large local authority school. Jon's first A-level textbook was published in 1985 and he has written a number ofHistory textbooks for GCSE during his career. Aaron Wilkes is the Series Editor for Oxford AQA History for GCSE.
