Danny Busch holds the Chair of Financial Law at Radboud University, Nijmegen, where he is Founding Director of the Financial Law Centre. He is an elected member of Academia Europaea, the European Academy of Sciences, Deputy Justice in the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, and a member of the Appeals Committee of the Dutch Financial Services Complaints Institute. He is a General Editor of the Capital Markets Law Journal (Oxford University Press). After practising banking and securities law at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, he held invited professorships and research fellowships at Oxford, KU Leuven, NUS Singapore, Nice, Milan, and Genoa. He has published over 300 scholarly works.Guido Ferrarini is Emeritus Professor of Business Law at the University of Genoa, Founder of the Genoa Centre for law and finance and Academic member of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on Sustainable Finance and Law. He is founder and fellow of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) and Academic Member of the European Banking Institute. He holds a J. D. (University of Genoa), an LL.M. (Yale Law School), a Dr. jur. (h.c., Ghent University). He has held Visiting Professorships at several universities in Europe and the US. He specializes in banking law, capital markets law, corporate law and governance.Diane Fromage is Professor of European Law at the University of Salzburg and Deputy Director of the Salzburg Centre of European Union Studies. She teaches EU institutional and Internal market law, as well as Economic and Monetary Union and Banking Union law. Prior to joining Salzburg, she was a Marie Sk?odowska-Curie Fellow at Sciences Po, Paris, and an Assistant Professor at Maastricht and Utrecht Universities. She has authored numerous contributions on Economic and Monetary Union, Banking Union, Democracy and Accountability within the EU.
