TADAYOSHI TERAO is Researcher in the Environment and Resources Studies Group at the Institute of Developing Economies (IDE-JETRO), Japan. He studied Agricultural Chemistry and Economics at the University of Tokyo, and Development Economics and Resource Economics at Stanford University.
