Colin Winnette is the author of several books, including Pen/Faulkner Finalist Users and Dazed and Confused, a minute-by-minute analysis of the acclaimed Richard Linklater film. He was the winner of Les Figues' NOS Book Contest, and his work has been recognized by The Believer Book Award, CSU Poetry Center's First Book Award, the Wabash Fiction Prize, and the Donald Barthelme Prize for Short Fiction. He is originally from Denton, Texas and currently lives in San Francisco.
