Recensioner i media
“Fred Gardaphe's Humor and Irony in Italian American Culture is a welcome addition to humor scholarship. Offering analyses of a wide range of Italian American texts—including film, music, television, and standup comedy—Gardaphe shines light on both an underexplored area of American ethnic humor and the important contributions of Italian Americans to popular culture in the United States.”—David Gillota, author of Dead Funny: The Humor of American Horror
