ROBERT M. HASHWAY is a leading expert in developmental education and instructional technology. Dr. Hashway founded Educational & Psychological Evaluation Associates (EPEA). EPEA developed individualized/diagnostic programs for handicapped and learning disabled students. It was the EPEA experience that led Dr. Hashway to the High Technology/Education division of the Massachusetts State College System. There, he developed a statewide program for the identification, diagnosis and remediation of students with learning problems. Later, Dr. Hashway founded Microware, Inc., with its associated computer-learning centers.
