The thrust of this book is to educate policymakers, academics, political scientists, and others as to the beneficial use of psychological principles within a multidisciplinary framework to aid in the development of more productive policy. Contributors to this volume offer an integrative, collaborative, synergistic approach to effecting positive change. CHRIS E. STOUT is a licensed clinical psychologist who has published or presented over 300 papers, including 14 books. He was trained at Purdue University, Harvard Medical School (as a fellow), and the University of Chicago. He consulted with the White House on National Education Matters. Stout is an Associate Professor of Psychology, Associate Administrator of Psychology at Forest Health Systems, and is active in clinical, administrative, and consultative aspects of behavioral health.
