    Om man vill skaffa en fotobok som sammanfattar Ansel Adams livsverk ska man INTE köpa den här. Den innehåller visserligen väldigt många bilder... för många bilder till och med. Den finns ingen känsla eller koncept bakom formen, man har helt enkelt tryckt in så mycket material som möjligt. Några tomma blad för att ge andningsutrymme är det inte tal om. Papperet är billigt. Trycket är mediokert... man förväntar sig högsta kvalitet när det gäller Adams, men det här är veckotidningstryck.

    Risken med den här boken är att man tröttnar på Adams, vilket vore synd., han har mycket att erbjuda. Som mycket intresserad fotoboksamlare rankar jag den här som en av mina absolut värsta böcker i hyllan!

    Kort sagt: betänk att Adams bilder tar mycket tid och energi att läsa. Det är alltså ingen bra idé att duka upp ett middagsbord med 400 huvudrätter och tro att man kommer njuta av maten. Köp en annan bok!

    Ansel Adams är en av fotografins stora mästare. Bilderna i den här boken är vackra att titta på, och för den fotointresserade kan de fungera som en bra inspiration. Rekommenderas varmt!
