BERNARD H. MOSS taught modern European history and European Studies at the University of Southern California, Auckland University, the New School for Social Research and King's College of the University of London. He has written extensively on French and comparative labor and socialism. With an LLM in European Law he extended his interests to the to the EU as co-editor of the Single European Currency in National Perspective.
