She has published numerous articles on early modern literature and the relevance of psychoanalysis for cultural critique. - PATRICK CHENEY is a Professor of English and Comparative Literature at Penn State University, USA. He is the author of Spenser's Famous Flight: A Renaissance Idea of a Literary Career and Marlowe's Counterfeit Profession: Ovid, Spenser, Counter-Nationhood.
