Scott Slater grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he earned a BAS in Animation and Visual Effects. Scott then hopped to Southern California, where he currently lives with his family and works as a computer animator and previsualization artist. When he's not writing or drawing, Scott likes to travel, and he is always on the lookout for a suspiciously polite fox. This is his first picture book.
