Berman, a Washington lobbyist with the firm of Berman, Bergner, and Boyette, Inc., codirects CSIS's programs on Executive-Legislative Relations and National Elections Reform.John F. Kennedy is staff director of the Commission on National Elections and is assistant director of CSIS's European Studies Program.
