Pout-Pout Fish and the Mad, Mad Day

When one thing goes wrong, and then another, then another stacked on top, a feeling fills Mr. Fish’s gills, much bigger than a blub - a mad, mad “GRRRRRRR!” Mr. Fish tells his worried friends, “I am mad and getting madder, and I don’t know how to stop!” Swim along with the pout-pout fish as he figures out how to take control of his anger through deep breathing, identifying and naming his emotions, and practicing self-compassion.
