Over the past twenty years many advances have been made in understanding the internal organization and management of firms. This book sets out comprehensively, logically and concisely the current body of knowledge relating to all aspects of the firm in developed economies. It provides a critical evaluation of decision techniques and processes and considers possible responses by firms to many varied situations.
