Ross, MD is a Consultant for the Neuroradiology Division of the Department of Radiology at the Mayo Clinic Arizona, and Professor of Radiology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, in Phoenix, AZ Kevin R. Moore, MD is an adjunct professor of radiology at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a pediatric radiologist and neuroradiologist at Intermountain Pediatric Imaging at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
