Warren Strober, M.D., is Section Chief in the Laboratory of Clinical Investigation, Mucosal Immunity Section at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institutes of Health. Susan R.S. Gottesman, M.D., Ph.D., is Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn.
