Dr Sai Pathmanathan has over 20 years of experience in science education. She develops activities and resources for all ages and abilities, and runs science clubs and community events. She also consults on science communication and public engagement projects. Sai has a neuroscience doctorate from the University of Oxford. Her debut book, Utterly Jarvellous was the winner of the 2021 Teach Primary Book Award for STEM. She creates playful and energetic illustrations that add a sense of personality and joyfulness to a wide range of commissions and clients, spanning branding, editorial, corporate, publishing and children's books. Lucia also runs creative workshops for adults and children. Her debut children's book The Looking Book was published in March 2022.
