Croc-a-doodle-doo!

Huw Lewis Jones is a writer and teacher who loves wild nature. He creates books for adults about maps and explorers, whilst for children it’s mostly been apples so far. With wife Kari and daughter Nell, he lives in a little house in Cornwall, though often spends his summers at the North Pole.Sebastien Braun was born in Strasbourg and studied art at University before becoming a professional illustrator. As a child he spent countless hours drawing – he doodled in the margins of his school books and drew in his spare time, on all sort of media including the walls at home! Over the years Seb has worked on a huge variety of commissions with distinguished authors including Allan Ahlberg, Julia Donaldson and Sam McBratney. He enjoys using a wide range of techniques and styles, from traditional watercolour and acrylic painting to ink drawings and digital media. Seb’s studio is now piled high with the results – board books, non-fiction titles and children’s picture books.
