Corporate Politeia

An essay which begins the task of providing a theoretical foundation for the interdisciplinary field of business, government and society. It classifies corporate relationships and applies to those relationships three concepts borrowed from political science: the recent idea of 'private government' and the ancient ideas of 'power' and of 'constitution' or 'politeia.'
