County Prison Overtime

Managing Local Government: Cases in Effectiveness: Essential Management Practices: County Prison Overtime discusses a classic example of the difficulties of budget implementation and sets the stage for continuing dialogue, and sometimes confrontation, between the budget office and line departments. This eBook also provides a glimpse into a little-known and less-understood public service function: the management of a county correctional facility.
