I appreciate the fact that I could read both the Italian and the English lyrics and compare the translation with its original text. However some of the translation I found a bit too modern and went back to older translations for comparing. Still I find Guido Cavalcanti very interesting to read and to all students of Literature I can recommend this book with great pleasure.
