N.S Blackman is a London-based writer, illustrator and dad of two. He is a popular visitor to libraries, museums and primary schools across the UK - and has even toured elementary schools in Los Angeles. Nigel writes page-turning middle grade fiction for ages 8 - 12, including his popular Anglo-Saxon adventure, Freedom for Bron, and highly illustrated books for emergent readers, including his enduring Dinoteks series.
