Hongtai Zhang, President of the China Academy of Space Technology, and he is a full member of The International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) and academician of Russian Academy of Cosmonautics. Jing Yang, Engineer of the China Academy of Space Technology, Xi’an. She is engaged in multipactor and secondary electron emission research.
