Moving Toward Smart, Resilient and Sustainable Bridges collects the keynote lectures and technical papers presented at the 13th International Conference on Bridge Maintenance, Safety and Management (IABMAS 2026, Orlando, Florida, USA, 6–10 July 2026). This open access book contains 418 contributions, including the Man-Chung Tang Lecture, the T.Y. Lin Lecture, 7 Keynote Lectures, and 409 papers from 42 countries. These contributions bring together the most recent advances in bridge engineering, uniting academic research and engineering practice around the theme of Moving Toward Smart, Resilient and Sustainable Bridges to solve new and old problems with innovative solutions.The contributions are organized into keynote lectures, mini-symposia (MS), special sessions (SS), and general sessions (GS), and cover the full breadth of bridge-related topics.
