Armitage, MD, is the Joe Shapiro Professor of Medicine at University of Nebraska Medical Center and has served as Dean for College of Medicine and Chairman of Internal Medicine. He is past President of both the ASCO and the ASTCT. Kenneth C. Anderson, MD, is the Kraft Family Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, as well as Director of the LeBow Institute for Myeloma Therapeutics and Jerome Lipper Multiple Myeloma Center at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
