    I motsägelse till bokens titel är detta ingen lätt bok att försöka följa, det saknas exempel, övningar och tillräckligt med illustrationer. Samtidigt så uttrycker han sig för akademiskt för en bok ämnad för hobbystudier. Jag tycker också att han hoppar framåt alldeles för snabbt, och förmodligen är denna känsla ett resultat av att det finns för få övningar och illustrationer. Det känns därför som att den här boken är för dem som redan kan en del teori och behöver en repetition. Jag kan inte rekommendera den här boken för hobbyspelare.

    Tre böcker som jag i efterhand tyckte var avsevärt bättre är:
    Guitar Theory Illustrated - Don Latarski
    Som titeln antyder har den många exempel och illustrationer, den var betydligt enklare att följa

    A Modern Method for Guitar - volumes 1,2,3 Complete - William Leavit
    Jättemånga övningar och exempel, kräver dock att man vill lära sig läsa noter
    Kanske bättre att ta efter Don Latarskis bok eller i kombination med den
    Fokusering för denna bok är "learning by doing"

    Garage Band Theory - Duke Sharp
    Lättläst bok, riktad åt hobbygitarister med sina förklaringar, så den är lätt att förstå
    Dock har den mest text, så inte den bästa boken att ha när man sitter med gitarren, utan när du sitter med en kopp kaffe och vill läsa lite teori. Det som är särskilt bra med den här boken är hur enkelt han förklarar saker
