Jennifer M Pendergast, PhD, is a senior associate of the Family Business Consulting Group. Jennifer specialized in strategic planning, family and business governance, family office structure and facilitation. Jennifer has taught strategy at Emory University and Pennsylvania in their business programs. She speaks several times a year and contributes to the thought leadership through publications of her research in Strategic Management Journal and European Management Journal. Kelly Lecouvie is a Senior Consultant of the Family Business Consulting Group, Inc.®. Kelly is a family business management consultant working with entrepreneurial and family-run organizations. She serves family business clients across diverse industries. As a faculty member at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Kelly teaches strategic management, entrepreneurship and organization behavior. She has been the recipient of several teaching excellence awards over the last 10 years. As the author of Management and Organization Behavior, Kelly regularly speaks at conferences on management of organizational change, strategic leadership, policy and board development, as well other family business-related topics.
