Dr. Deborah Hurst is a professor emeritus and former dean of a university business school.One of Deborah’s favorite activities is spending time with her grandchildren, guiding them in developing their leadership skills. In her new book series for younger audiences, Deborah, along with her grandchildren Henry and Alice, who are also her co-authors, explores themes of diversity, adversity, courage, and leadership in unexpected ways.Deborah is passionate about nurturing current and future leaders. Although she is semi-retired, she continues to coach developing leaders in a university MBA program.
