Transnationalism in Iranian Political Thought

During the Iranian Revolution of 1978/9, the influence of public intellectuals was widespread. Many espoused a vision of Iran freed from the influences of ''Westtoxification'', inspired by Heideggerian concepts of anti-Western nativism.
