Threshing Floor: Shaking of the Church

A great separation is underway. Throughout Scripture, whenever God's people abandoned their first love, exchanged truth for compromise, and bowed to the idols of their age, the Lord arose to shake His own house. Israel experienced this pattern repeatedly. The prophets warned. The fire fell. The nations invaded. The temple was emptied of His glory. Yet every shaking carried the same divine purpose—to call God's people back to wholehearted devotion, covenant faithfulness, and holy living. The Church now stands upon the threshing floor. The question is no longer whether we profess Christ with our lips, but whether our hearts truly belong to Him. Will we follow the narrow road that leads to life, deny ourselves, take up our cross daily, and love the Lord with undivided allegiance? Or will we be seduced by the spirit of this age—by comfort, compromise, wealth, influence, self-preservation, and the pursuit of earthly kingdoms? The Lord is calling His Bride to arise. The threshing floor is not a place of destruction for the faithful; it is a place of purification. It is where the wheat is separated from the chaff, where genuine faith is distinguished from empty religion, where holy devotion is revealed and every competing allegiance is exposed. The fire does not create what is true; it reveals it. The shaking will test every foundation. Every idol will be confronted. Every hidden motive will be brought into the light. Everything built upon human ambition, worldly wisdom, and fleshly strength will be shaken, but what is established upon Jesus Christ—the eternal Rock—will stand forever. The question is not whether the Church will be shaken. The question is this: When the threshing is complete, will we be found standing with the Lamb in His glory, or clinging to a world that is passing away?
