Bernard Fong, PhD, is a Professor at Tamkang University, Taiwan. He received his PhD in Health Information Systems from the University of New South Wales in 2005. His research focuses on telemedicine, assistive elderly care, and emergency medicine. He also serves as an industry consultant, bridging academic research with real-world healthcare applications. Vivi Grogan specializes in the intersection of environmental policy, economic analysis, and social equity. A graduate of the University of Michigan, USA, with a dual degree in Economics and Environment, she was an Erb Institute Undergraduate Fellow and served as President of a student cooperative house in Ann Arbor, driving community-based leadership and sustainable governance. Haesik Kim, PhD, is a Project Manager at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, and an Adjunct Professor at Ajou University, South Korea. He received his PhD in Communications Systems from the Lancaster University, UK and serves as an Associate Technical Editor of IEEE Communications Magazine and IEEE transactions on consumer electronics. Vyasa Sai, PhD, is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at AMD, USA. A Senior Member of IEEE, he has authored numerous patents and publications in the field of electronics and communications. He currently serves as a Lead Series Editor for the IEEE Communications Magazine, in addition to other editorial responsibilities. Chun Sing Lai, PhD, received the B.Eng. (First Class Hons.) in electronic and electrical engineering from Brunel University of London, UK, in 2013, and the D.Phil. degree in engineering science from the University of Oxford, UK, in 2019. He is currently a Full (Yingcai) Professor with the School of Electrical and Information Engineering at Tianjin University.
