RDIGER WINK is senior Research Fellow at Ruhr-Forschungs Institut fur Innovations- und Strukturpolitik, Ruhr-Universitat Bochum, and at the University of Birmingham. Before that, he worked as Assistant Researcher with the German Scientific Advisory Group to the Federal Government on global change. He is author and editor of several books on innovation, technology and environmental issues.
