Kristina Orfali is an Associate Clinical Professor of Bioethics in Pediatrics, a Research Scholar at Institute for Social and Economic Research and Policy and a Faculty Associate in the Center for Bioethics at Columbia University. Charles Bosk is Professor of Sociology and Medical Ethics at the University of Pennsylvania.
