Toby and Tabitha

Alexander Bar is an Emmy-award winning, French-born writer who graduated from the University of Kent with a law degree, produced cartoon strips for national publications in the UK and starred as “Young Elvis” in a West End musical. He is currently best known as the creator of preschool TV shows Lunar Jim, Mike the Knight, Ranger Rob and, most recently, Kody Kapow. Toby and Tabitha is his debut children’s book. Alexander lives in Toronto with his wife and two children. Emma has created illustrations for greetings cards, giftware, calendars, toys and games for many major high street retailers, and works in many different styles and mediums. Whilst usually a right-hander, she drew the line-work for Toby and Tabitha with her left hand to achieve a looser style. Emma lives in Kettering with her family and very grumpy cat.
