    En fin bok men det kan inte hjälpas att man känner att den dels hade tjänat på att kortas ned något, dels att slutet efter hela historien blir lite snopphugget. Att Harold och Queenie inte ens får en chans att prata och att Harold och Maureen inte får en chans att reda ut vad som hände. Det känns som om allt sker på ytan av alla de känslor som förmedlas. Inte konstigt då att författaren följer upp med två andra böcker, en om Maureen och en om Queenie. Men underligt att sonen David som intar en sådan särposition inte får en egen bok. Nej, med omfånget på boken om Harold Fry borde alla kort ha lagts på bordet.
