We Can Draw Dogs

Dogs have been companions to humans for thousands of years—maybe even longer than we expected. This book introduces readers to different dog breeds and their histories. They’ll learn what each breed was used for in the past, and how they use their skills and senses today. From salukis to golden retrievers, engaging text and photographs bring each dog to life. Readers will also learn about the ancestor of all dogs—the gray wolf. Accessible instructions are provided step by step so young artists can draw their own dogs. Dog lovers and aspiring artists will find this book to be both fact-filled and fun.
