Tim Hopgood worked as a graphic designer and freelance illustrator for twenty years, before turning his hand to children's books. WOW! Said the Owl was the winner of the Best Emerging Illustrator, Booktrust Early Years Award. Tim is married with two children and lives in the centre of York.
