Noleen often advises in connection with the PRA's prudential requirements (which now include the Solvency II rules on capital and investments), the regulatory aspects of with profits business, outsourcing requirements, the sale of offshore insurance bonds and unfair terms in insurance contracts.Laura Hodgson is a senior knowledge lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright. As the senior knowledge lawyer for the insurance team Laura’s primary responsibility is to keep track of regulatory developments and update fee earners and clients on developments in insurance law and regulation. Laura is also responsible for training in the insurance team.Charlie Weston-Simons is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright.
