Beskrivning
A very special collection of poems by a four-year-old author, illustrated with wit and whimsy by Yasmeen Ismail.Everybody has love.Even baddies. The poems in this book beautifully capture how a four-year-old sees the world – a world of rainbows, glitter and magical boxes; a world of nursery, home time and cuddles with Mum. They make for joyful reading and, paired with wonderful pictures by Yasmeen Ismail, are an invitation for young readers to join in the fun... By turns funny and charming, gentle and zany, Take Off Your Brave shows that poetry is for everyone – no matter how little you are!

Recensioner i media
The poems are fantastic because they share the world of a 4-year-old. They also beautifully demonstrate how our reflections can be poetry. Yasmeen Ismail’s illustrations are wonderful, evocative, fun and colourful.
