Mer om författaren
No stranger to doing things his own way, Alice Cooper has cast a long shadow over rock music with an unrivalled live show and timeless anthems like ‘School’s Out’, ‘I’m 18’, ‘No More Mr. Nice Guy’, ‘Elected’ and ‘Poison’. Selling over fifty million records worldwide, he earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2003, and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction in 2011. He continues to release new albums and has been touring worldwide for over six decades (and counting).
Recensioner i media
[A] fearless autobiography that casts caring, sober Vincent Furnier as Dr Jekyll with ‘Alice Cooper’ as Mr Hyde, interrupting narrative with mischievous thoughts , like the titular devil on his shoulder. The singer addresses his fractious relationship with his original AC band mates, casts a wry eye over his ‘70s stage excess and tackles his addictions in greater detail than before. A life well (and sometimes badly) lived.
