In this book, Chapter One shows the new challenges for managers in relation to the management of operations permeate aspects of development and/or aggregation of services, stronger link with market strategies, flexible and cost competitive systems, intensive information technology and automation. In Chapter Two, the authors show the methodological process to the identification and the verification of the critical success factors of the TCU's survey variables by means of statistical analysis.
