Dance Like a Leaf

Every autumn AJ Irving remembers her grandma by sipping tea, painting trees and dancing under falling leaves with her two children. She writes picture books and poetry on her big back porch in a little town near Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Claudia Navarro has illustrated many books for children , including the critically acclaimed La Frontera: El viaje con papá / My Journey with Papa for Barefoot Books. She says she hopes to be like the grandmother in this story one day. Claudia lives in Mexico City, Mexico.
