The project, Not Guilty: A Criminal Defense Investigator''s Guide to Winning Your Case, published by South Florida boutique publishing house Pecan Tree Publishing, is designed to not only support criminal defense investigators but those who find themselves needing to hire one. The book unveils the secrets of winning criminal defense cases. The book covers multiple aspects of criminal defense investigations that includes what an investigator does, how to investigate child welfare cases, documentation of the evidence, reporting, testifying in court, and ways to move forward in winning a case. More than 2.2 million people are facing prison and another 45 million are on probation in the United States. Most of them are black or belong to depressed communities.
