   Long-time gardener of vegetables but newby to growing herbs. And, I like books when learning new things because I write notes on the pages and highlight bits and pieces. Great little book to help the beginner get started on drying herbs.

   I have always been interested and curious in how to dry herbs. Good thing is that I saw this guide and I did not even think twice before I download it. This guide has seven chapters which are all full of information. I definitely do recommend this book to anyone.

   You can find complete instructions in easy steps in this book. You don't need any special equipment. After reading this, I learned about shelf lives and storing methods. Each step of the drying process determines how long and how powerful herbs will be. This book will take you step by step through the harvesting to the storing of your herbs. Short but filled with good information. Definitely a good read!
