HelenVivienne Fletcher is a children’s and young adult author, playwrightand story time fairy from Aotearoa (New Zealand). Helen lives inWellington with her disability assist dog, Bindi, a playful Labrador wholoves soft toys and cuddles and can fit three tennis balls in her mouth atonce.Denise Damanti was born near Florence,Italy. Deciding to pursue a career in visual arts, Denise completed a VisualDesign course at Nemo Academy of Visual Arts in 2017. It was here that she wasintroduced to the world of illustration. Denise creates fantastic, andsometimes, “halfway” worlds. She believes that it is through an altered worldthat there is space for an imagination that represents life at its fullest.
