It is to remind us to look up to regain perspective and rebalance the mind and body.Each chapter explores a passage through the sky, beginning with what is nearest and perceptible (the clouds) and opening into the vast and seemingly beyond reach (the sun, moon and stars). Short Sky Practices – like The Yoga of Moongazing – follow the chapters, promoting further reflection.The sky is something shared by everyone, and all human life is shaped by celestial cycles. Taking time to connect with the sky through observation provides a source of calm and that to look up is not only to see, but to go deeper into being.
