A soft back A4 book full of 75 iron on designs to use for embroidery, either by hand or machine. The book is printed on quality paper, with clear type and colour reproduction. The pictures are so clear you can see the weave structure in the cloth.There is an interesting introduction to Trish who is self-taught but obviously an accomplished embroidery artist. Beautiful large colour photographs show the detail and precision of her work. The shading of the flowers and animals is quite spectacular. Some of the pictures are taken from her other books (Kew), which I would now like to see. Whilst this book only contains wonderful transfers from nature, mainly flowers with no specific embroidery information, I am sure it will inspire you. There is guidance on how to use the transfers and a website to refer to. Hopefully with a lot of practice and skill, use the transfers and produce your own masterpiece.
