Football's Poetic Licence

If you''ve ever wondered what the connection is between football and poetry then wonder no more. Football''s Poetic Licence is your perfect reading companion. It''ll make you giggle, laugh and smile. It''s Shakespeare swapping shirts with the modern Beautiful Game. It''s Keats and Wordsworth making sense of the offside law. It''s Yeats coming off the subs'' bench and then dribbling past a forest of defenders for the winning goal, tracking back in defence. But above all, it''s about the fun of football. Football as poetry in motion.
