We have lived through strange times of ''lockdowns'' over the entire world, this being due to the pandemic of 2019-2021. It is still ongoing in various countries all over the world and it leaves, in its wake, fears and doubts, loss of hope and feelings of disconnection from others.

As human beings, we need interaction to foster relationships, rebuild communities, using the variety of feelings that are within us.

In many homes and workplaces, any negative atmosphere became magnified, enabling old and new hurts to grow. Abuse, whether emotional, mental, psychological, or physical, apparently showed a sharp increase.

While working and living in the NOW, there are emotional releases to be made from the Past, which holds a key to our awakening and realisations in this Present time.

It seems there are many people who repeatedly bully and hurt each other, sending family, friends, and colleagues into sad submission, satisfying their addictive urges to control the very lives they purport to love and care for.

So Misguided... So Misjudged

The Mental and Psychological health effects are having an even greater negative impact on people and children of all ages.

Never has there been such a tsunami of fear and heartache.
