Alexander Stubb is the 13th President of Finland and aformer Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and Finance Minister. He was Directorand Professor at the School of Transnational Governance at the EuropeanUniversity Institute and Vice-President of the European Investment Bank andholds degrees from Furman University and the College of Europe and a PhD fromthe London School of Economics. The author of some twenty books, he is also anavid triathlete and lives in Helsinki.
